Joshua Boswell is a director at C&M International, a global government relations, public affairs, and public policy consulting firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and Singapore. He advises clients on trade, regulatory, innovation/IP, and education/workforce issues and helps companies to advance their global policy, partnerships, and supply chain goals.

He has supported companies of all sizes to devise and lead federal and global government affairs activities, engaging with the U.S. Congress, the White House, federal agencies, trade associations, think tanks, embassies and other stakeholders.  He has also helped companies develop policy strategies for markets in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, as well as engage with international organizations including the World Bank, IMF, WTO and OECD.

For companies with global supply chains, Josh has led projects to analyze current and potential sourcing arrangements based on the worldwide network of free trade agreements to identify savings and export opportunities, as well as to develop positions for trade negotiations.  He guides clients in navigating regulatory and other non-tariff barriers and mapping the implications of reshoring policies, such as Buy American rules.

Prior to joining C&M International in 2011, he worked at a defense contractor conducting research on South Asia.  Josh has a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University.
